    Couriers

    Reception

Receptions employees have their hands full to ensure the security of building users, to respond to their needs, and also to ensure the smooth visitor flow. That is why they are not involved in courier collection.

    Pro Tip

Ordering a shipment? Don’t forget to specify which zone of Tryton Business House your office is located in.

    Small and medium-sized parcels

Couriers with parcels of medium size or less should use the main entrances. Any bulky packages, such as furniture, a photocopier or an overgrown date palm, would have trouble fitting through the revolving door. For these, the side entrance from parking side is intended. Please see the section on larger deliveries for details.

    Delivery zone

All deliveries in either large quantities or of considerable size should be arranged so as not to interfere with building access by other users. There is some reciprocity to it: the users won’t impede the unloading and transfer of goods to their destination. Therefore, such operations can only be carried out after 6 p.m. and on Saturdays and Sundays. They must also be reported by email to the property manager and building security in advance. At least to avoid… another large delivery. The notification shall include the planned delivery date, details of the supplier and employees who will provide this service in the building, details of the weight, size and type of the equipment to be delivered, and details of the tenant representative responsible for coordinating the delivery.

Large deliveries enter the building through a side entrance located on the side of the surface parking.

    Pro tip

Remember to inform the courier that this route is only allowed for delivery vans with a maximum height of 3 m.

    STEP BY STEP DELIVERY ORGANISATION

    STEP 1

If your delivery is large or includes bulky items such as furniture or armoured cabinets, it can only be delivered on weekdays between 6 p.m. and 7 a.m. or at weekends.

    STEP 2

Give at least three days’ written notice of the delivery to the property manager. Specify the date of delivery, the supplier’s details, their staff, the size and type of equipment to be delivered and the details of the tenant representative coordinating the delivery.

    STEP 3

The manager will determine the method of delivery: the routes for delivering the materials, the parking place for the delivery vehicles, the appropriate lift and the way in which it should be secured against damage, as well as the rules for the delivery personnel to enter the building. He will also determine whether it is necessary to order a waste container. Any additional costs arising from the delivery shall be borne by the tenant.

    STEP 4

It is forbidden to bring in any equipment or materials through the main entrance, unless permitted by the manager or security. It is also forbidden to obstruct other tenants of the building during deliveries, to block other lifts and to block passages.
Please note that only rubber-tired trolleys are permitted. The floor must be kept free of dirt.

    Dimensions of the cargo lift

    Dimensions of the lifts

The couriers must be informed that all deliveries are carried by passenger lifts. Along with the delivery, a security guard must also be able to enter the lift, as the goods cannot be transported without their assistance.
