How do I get access cards?
Before relocating to Tryton Business House, provide the property manager with the number of cards needed and the access profiles you would like to assign to them (access to the building only or access to the building plus car park).
The cards are issued in your name. It is up to you to distribute them, but in such a way that it is possible to verify the user of each card. This guideline has been introduced for our mutual security. We therefore encourage you to keep a record of your cards.
You will receive the cards upon handing over the premises to you.
Cards’ design
The design of the cards is entirely up to you. You can either have an external printer make the stickers with your company logo, or you can print them yourself with designs for different employees or departments. Of course, this requires some design, but this is probably the most fun part of the job.
Issuing new cards
However, you don’t need to worry in advance about the exact number of access cards your company needs – we can always issue more for a fee! All you need to do is send an email request to building security. The request should contain all the necessary data for programming the cards: their number and the access profiles to be assigned to them.
Pro tip
Should you need to modify the details on your access card or wish to obtain a new card, please contact the authorised person in the administration department of your company. Only this person is authorised to request this from the property manager.
Access management
The card provides not only access to the office (24 hours by default), but also additional services. With this card, you can for example access the cycling locker room. Want to change the range of services available via the card? No problem! However, any permission changes will incur additional costs.
CARD MODIFICATION STEP BY STEP
Provide security manager with an email request to modify access data on the access card.
Don’t forget to include the system number of the card you want to modify.
The modification will be completed as soon as possible.
Lost or damaged card
One of your employees has lost or damaged their access card? No problem! Simply report its deactivation to building security immediately to block access. The tenant bears the cost of issuing a new card. You will receive the card as soon as possible.
CARD EXCHANGE STEP BY STEP
Provide security manager with an email request to deactivate a damaged or lost card.
Be sure to include the system number of the card you wish to deactivate.
Building security will program the new card as soon as possible once the approval from the property manager has been granted.
